These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rixot.com, a self-serve backlink marketplace that connects advertisers with publishers to arrange guest-post placements containing dofollow links. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rixot.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Rixot.com is an online platform that enables advertisers to purchase guest-post placements with dofollow links across a network of 50,000+ partner domains. Articles are typically drafted with AI assistance, reviewed for quality, and published on third-party publisher websites. Most placements go live within approximately 24 hours of order confirmation, though timing may vary by publisher.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Rixot.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders & Payment

Placements are priced per link, generally ranging from $1 to $500 depending on the domain’s authority, traffic, and topical relevance. You may fund your account balance or pay per order using a credit or debit card processed through Stripe, or with USDT cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged in the currency shown. Funds added to your balance may be used toward future placements.

• Card payments are securely handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
• USDT payments are confirmed on-chain before an order is queued for fulfillment.
• Account balance is non-transferable and may only be applied to services on Rixot.com.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within thirty (30) minutes of completing a purchase, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Eligible refunds are returned to your Rixot.com account balance rather than to your original payment method. Once an article has been written, submitted to a publisher, or published, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer remedies for placements that fail to meet the agreed specification.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

As an advertiser, you are solely responsible for the anchor text, destination URLs, and any supplied content or briefs you submit. You warrant that your target pages and links comply with all applicable laws and our policies. You may not order placements pointing to illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive, malware-distributing, or otherwise prohibited content. We reserve the right to reject or remove any order that violates these requirements.

• No links to illegal goods or services, adult or sexually explicit material, or content promoting hatred or violence.
• No deceptive, fraudulent, or trademark-infringing destinations.
• You retain full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the URLs and anchors you provide.

7. Publisher Obligations

Publishers who accept placements through Rixot.com agree to host approved content on the agreed domain, keep links live for the contracted duration, and refrain from manipulating, cloaking, or prematurely removing published material. Publishers represent that they own or are authorized to publish on the domains they list and that doing so does not violate any third-party agreement. We may suspend publishers who fail to meet these obligations and reconcile affected orders accordingly.

8. AI-Generated Content & Editorial Review

Articles offered through Rixot.com are frequently produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and then subject to editorial review for clarity, relevance, and basic accuracy. While we strive for quality, AI-assisted content may contain errors or omissions. You are encouraged to review content before or after publication and to request reasonable revisions where a placement materially deviates from your brief.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rixot.com platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and original content, is owned by Rixot.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and publish it solely to fulfill your orders.

10. Third-Party Sites Disclaimer

Placements are published on independently operated third-party websites that Rixot.com does not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, editorial decisions, or ongoing conduct of those sites. Links to or from third-party sites do not imply our endorsement, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

11. No Guarantee of Rankings

Rixot.com provides link placements as a service and does not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, traffic increase, indexing outcome, or business result. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties and change frequently. Any forecasts or examples are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as a promise of performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rixot.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rixot.com for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rixot.com, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your links, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or use the service in a manner that harms Rixot.com, its partners, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rixot.com is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Rixot.com after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
